I'm creating a cartoon. It's called, Forgotten tales! it's about these forgotten and obscure characters that go on wacky and crazy adventures.

Some seriously beautiful art you have.

Imma watch you. But y'know, not in a creepy way. :D
I just lovez your workz.  *Free Icon/Emote* Molang (I Love It!)
Lovely style. :)
Thank you! Right back at you! :)
You have the greatest odes to Joey Chou ever.
I know Joey and I love him, but respectfully, my paintings aren't odes to him. We both came up in the gallery scene about the same time (I've been doing shows since 2006, many alongside Joey) and we share a lot of the same influences. We're both looking to the greats, like Evyind Earle, Mary Blair, Charley Harper, Maurice Noble, J.P. Miller, M. Sasek, Mel Crawford and many of their peers for inspiration. We also look up to current greats like Lou Romano, Tim Biskup, Scott Wills, Chris Reccardi, Amanda Visell and many others... so I would say Joey and I are doing our own kind of odes to a lot of the same artists. If you dig some more, I think you'll find a lot of aesthetic crossover in today's gallery and animation artists.

Cheers!
